Job Summary:

The pharmaceutical sciences faculty member will be responsible for development of curriculum, preparation of course framework and teaching didactic and compounding laboratory courses as assigned. This is a tenure-track, 12-months appointment.
Faculty members within this role will be responsible for successful integration of course work into the curriculum, for using educational technology tools to promote active learning, for refinements to the program course work as required for compliance with ACPE standards, for the development of a research agenda within the discipline and for service to the School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and University at large.
Education, training, experience:
A Ph.D. degree is required. The ideal candidate will have a professional degree in pharmacy as well.
Faculty candidates specializing in pharmaceutics are encouraged to apply.
Teaching and research experience will qualify faculty for the rank of assistant, associate or full professor.

6. Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory background check.
