Job Summary:

The Campus Life Coordinator for Housing Operations, Greek Life and Intramurals develops and implements a variety of programs to promote active campus life and foster positive inclusive communities; oversees the Greek Life community creating and supporting leadership opportunities and activities for students; coordinates intramurals; and assumes weekly on-call duty coverage. This position is also the Housing liaison to the Facilities Department to ensure the successful operation and maintenance of the residential facilities for students. This is a live-in position that reports to the Assistant Dean of Students for Residential Education.

Required Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree in Student Personnel Services, Higher Education Administration or related field preferred. Bachelor’s degree required.

2. 1-2 years of administrative experience in student services, with demonstrated record of developing student-related activities, Greek Life, and intramurals preferred.

3. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and computer skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.

4. Ability to work effectively with a diverse population.

5. Must be available to work non-standard hours as required, including evenings and weekends.

6. The Campus Life Coordinator for Housing Operations, Greek Life and Intramurals is required to live on campus and participate in the on-call duty rotation.

7. Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory background check. Candidates for hire will be required to sign a waiver authorizing the background check and produce a Social Security Card.
